Associação Portugal Outsourcing will hold its 3rd International Conference on June 21, in Lisbon, at the Centro Cultural de Belém, Conference that will focus on VALUE CREATION AND EXPORT PLATFORM.

The current economic context forces organizations to an increasing search for models that allow to face up to today's challenges and have a focus on value creation, improving efficiency and reducing costs of operations. Outsourcing as a strategic management tool that ensures better conditions to future growth will therefore be one of the main themes for debate of this year's Conference.

The facts that Portugal has been observing an increasing curve in terms of multinationals' competence centers operating from Portugal to several countries as well as observing an increasing number of national players providing services to foreign destinations, both as the result and international statement of a set of competitive factors that have been highlighting Portugal within the international radar in the past few years, will also be themes for presentations and debate and in the Conference.
